What you’ll do
- Design and ship AI agents that read, decide, and act inside customer environments.
- Instrument every action so it’s auditable, reversible, and explainable.
- Collaborate with workflow architects to harden integration points.
What we look for
- 3+ years engineering. Ideally with at least one production-scale ML or LLM system in the rearview.
- Bias toward narrow, well-bounded agents over open-ended chat interfaces.
- Comfortable saying “the model isn’t ready for this yet.”
