The situation
In logistics-heavy B2B operations, critical workflows still depend on manual document handling. Inbound emails arrive with a mix of handwritten inventory sheets, packing lists, pallet details, shipping instructions, and LC or collections requirements.
Each document needs to become operational output: a structured inventory import, a weight-balanced container plan, shipping labels, or a trade finance pack. Every step requires manual interpretation, data entry, document creation, and cross-checking. At higher volumes, that creates real throughput pressure.
What we built
We rebuilt the full document chain as a single AI-powered pipeline. Incoming emails, scans, and spreadsheets are automatically classified, converted into structured data, and routed into the correct output across inventory, container planning, shipping labels, and LC/collections preparation.
Each stage runs explicit validation and confidence checks. Exceptions get flagged for human review. Routine documents flow through without manual handling.
The result
LC and collections files that previously took hours are completed in minutes. Peak volumes can be handled without adding headcount. Legal documentation went from 3 hours to 5 minutes per shipment (97% faster), container planning from 4 hours to 2 minutes (99% faster), and 500 lines per week now flow through without manual retyping.
