  • What’s Codemation, in one line?
    Enterprise-grade AI automation for SMEs. You describe the workflow in plain language, an agent builds it in front of you, it runs in the EU cloud with a full audit trail and the controls a real automation engine needs. Built for the SMEs that were priced out of this until now.
  • How is this different from Claude or other AI assistants?
    Tools like Claude can do task automation, but they run on your laptop while it’s open, have no audit trail, no role-based approvals, no auto-retry, no scheduling, and no EU data guarantees. Codemation is built like an automation engine: it runs in the cloud whether you’re online or not, retries on failure, logs every run for your auditor, and keeps data inside the EU. The same conversational ease, with the controls a business actually needs.
  • How is this different from Zapier or Make?
    Zapier and Make connect two apps with a rule: when X, do Y. You still have to design the rules. They also weren’t built for governance, so if your auditor asks who triggered which run and why, you’ll be exporting CSVs for a week. Codemation builds the workflow for you from a conversation, and logs every run in a format your auditor will actually accept.
  • How fast do I get access?
    Within a week of signing up. We send you the onboarding link, you book a 90-minute call with someone from our team to set up your first workflow together, and you’re live by the end of that call. We focus on SMEs (10 to 250 employees) where there’s a real workflow worth automating.
  • What does it cost?
    Pricing isn’t locked yet; we’re still figuring out where it lands. What we can say: it’s a flat monthly fee for unlimited workflows, ready the same week, and early-access teams get a rate that stays the same for as long as they’re subscribed. We’ll share exact figures when we invite you in.
  • Is it secure, GDPR-compliant, certified?
    GDPR and the EU AI Act are first-class design constraints, not afterthoughts. Data stays in EU data centers, every run is logged and exportable, and access is role-based. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits are currently in progress (high-priority on our roadmap), and HIPAA-readiness is queued behind those. Your data never trains anyone’s model: we use AI providers (Anthropic, Azure OpenAI Enterprise) that don’t retain inputs for training, and on-prem is on the roadmap for teams that need everything in-house.
